Whereas discharge needles of TRINC's static eliminator have a long lifetime and can be easily maintained, regular replacement is recommended to maintain long-term high performance.



TRINC has developed a low-cost device that turns a normal room into a clean room.

Unlike conventional clean rooms, no engineering works of equipment is required, so anyone can easily create a clean environment.
The lineup includes two models, I-type and T-type, so that they can be installed and expanded freely according to the room layout.
By combining multiple products, it is possible to handle spaces of various shapes and large spaces.

Dustproof effect by Phased Array Ionizing drastically reduces dust defects
The dust generated inside the space is neutralized with Phased Array Ionizing, so it does not adhere to the object and dust-related defects are drastically reduced.

Feature 2

Instant startup
The conventional clean room takes several h ours to become usable after the power is turned on, but this unit can be used immediately after being switched on. Since Phased-Array Ionizer inactivates the floating dust with ions, dust adhesion to the product is immediately eliminated.

Antistatic measures.
Since Phased Array ionizing is adopted, the conventional wrist strap and the conductive shoes as anti-ESD measures are not required.

TRINC ION AIR-SHOWER KIT removes dust on human body or material with air containing dense ions.
Foreign matter that could not be removed with a conventional air shower can be removed and collected.

It can be freely installed later in an existing space, eliminating the need for installation work.
In addition, it can be moved easily with casters after installation.

This is a completely new air shower that we propose to those who are thinking of introducing an air shower
or who have doubts about the performance of conventional air showers.


Feature 1

High performance (high dust removal rate)
The drastic mechanism for removing dust from the human body has been drastically improved, greatly reducing the dust remaining on the workers. Using ionic air containing dense ions and finely controlling the internal airflow, a dust removal rate of over 90% has been achieved.

Feature 2

Cleaning the whole body
In the past, cleaning was done only on the above knee regions of the human body, so dust on the lower regions was often brought into the clean room. Since this device cleans off the entire body, including below the knees and shoes, the amount of dust brought into the clean room is greatly reduced.

Shoe sole cleaning
In the past, the dust adhering to the bottom of shoes was ignored as unavoidable and was not subject to cleaning. This device cleans even the bottom of shoes, and can greatly reduce the amount of dust brought into the clean room.

Walking speed / motion guidance
The proper walking speed and the rotation and swinging motion of the human body are informed and guided by LEDs and voice to prevent the dust removal residue from being brought into the clean room.

Clean incoming materials on the dolly in a mass
Since TRINC ION AIR SHOWER KIT removes the contaminants from lower part of objects such as below the person's knees, it can clean the materials on the dolly as a pass box. Foreign matter attached to the wheels of the dolly is removed by an adhesive sheet on the floor, preventing foreign matter from being brought into the clean room.

When the ionizer has been used for long time, discharge needle has come worn out and effectiveness of static elimination may reduce. The periodical exchange of needle is recommended.




A gatekeeper of ions to hold down product defects

In order to brush off dust outside of the factory, the apparatus has no doubt to be set outside of the entrance (under eaves). The TRINC's Room-less Ion Air-shower is of drip-proof type. It can be located under the eaves unless it is not directly exposed to rain, and contributes effectively as a "gate keeper of ion" which blocks the dust off. A lot of dust adheres to worker's clothes and materials brought in from the outside, which is the reason why the dressing room and material depository are full of dust. The key to keeping a high cleanliness in the clean room thereby to improve a process yield is to reduce the dust brought in from the previous stages. The Room-less Ion Air Shower plays a great role to improve the yield by stopping the dust intrusion at the entrance as a gatekeeper.

By using the Room-less lon Air Shower, cleanliness of the dressing room situated just before the clean room is greatly improved. TAS-450 TAS, an authentic antistatic and anti-dust instrument making use of TRINC's unique powerful ion-generation system and compressed air, can be set up simply at any space available at the factory entrance. One operation completes in 4 second (20 seconds if air is not enough), so an effective dust-off can be done even at rush hours without congestion. It is a user-friendly instrument cutting costs in installation and running cost.

It's effective at the factories not yet equipped with clean rooms
For those factories that do not require higher cleanliness or cannot afford the cost and space to install the clean room, TAS-450 is an ideal solution. It is simply set up and operated, and also has a high freedom of installing space thanks to drip-free design. Those dust that has been brought in without guard adhering to worker's clothes and incoming materials in the past are greatly decreased. Moreover, by making the workspace the "room-less clean room" using the Static-free Space TRINC such as TAS-811 series, a further reduction of dust can be accomplished.

Installed AIR SHOWER TRINC in the air shower which removes dust eliminates the static electricity of the human body before entering the clean room.
Generally, air-blow generates static electricity on the dust-free garment. This is because the fine foreign matter contained in the air hits the surface of the garment. Since static electricity is generated in this way, foreign matter is more and more adhered. The power of the fan blow used to be increased to improve the dust removal ability, but this method has been counterproductive. AIR SHOWER TRINC makes it possible to improve the capacity of the air shower and dramatically reduce the amount of foreign matter brought into the clean room.

Cleanliness inside the storage attains Class 10 or below.

In the fields of both the precise electronics typified by semiconductors and the medical goods related to biotech, static and dust-mixing-in are major concerns and various measures have been made in manufacturing and transaction processes. To the contrary, countermeasures against anti-static and anti-dust steps for the storage and transfer of products between processes have been left unnoticed. CLEAN STORAGE VEHICLE substantializes a highly clean space inside the storage by activating a newly developed function (see Feature 05) to bring the possibility of dust intrusion from the outside to zero, which also works to prevent the dust from coming in from when taking the products in and out of the storage. On each shelf, an independent ionizer is installed for the safest anti-static measure. And a new wireless ground technology adopted realizes an ultimate static-free storage and transfer between processes.

On the conventional storage, the dust piled up on the upper shelf falls down, letting unclean as it goes down. The new storage realizes the ultra-clean environment of less than Class 10 all over the shelves.

The internal pressure of conventional storages drops as it goes down to lower shelves so that outside air tends to get in there. Contrary, this storage keeps it high and constant at every shelf to avoid outside air from getting in and high cleanliness is maintained everywhere.

A pressure releasing hole is provided at the bottom part of the storage, so that the inside of the storage is kept always under positive pressure to avoid the outside air from coming in.

Feature 7

The ionizer adopted doesn't pose a risk of electrostatic breakdown
The conventional storage having a pulse-type ionizer set near the top shelf, on which electronic products are stored, poses a risk of an electrostatic breakdown to the products due to static induction phenomenon. The new storage having an ionizer with no polarity alteration and set far from products doesn't cause it at all.

No filter clogging
Conventional clean storages take in always the outside air so that their filters get clogged soon with dust. To the contrary, the new one makes inside air circulate within the storage and gets its filter to be clogged so less as to eliminate filer periodical maintenance.

Feature 10

The dust piled up on the factory floor is not raised.
Conventional clean storages takes in the outside air and exhausts it toward the factory floor, raising up the dust piled up already on the floor. Contrary, this clean storage is of the internal air-circulating type. Since the dust on the floor is not raised, the factory premise is not contaminated with dust.

Feature 11

This new storage doesn't let the dust in the FFU fall down at the time of maintenance.
The conventional storage with the FFU installed at its ceiling lets the dust accumulated inside the FFU fall down on the shelves at the time of maintenance. Contrary, this new storage has the FFU located at its bottom so it doesn't contaminate the shelves with dust even at the time of the maintenance of filter exchange.

Feature 12

Dust doesn't enter to adhere to shelves inside the storage when taking in and out products.
When the front curtain of the conventional storage is rolled up, the outside air flows in at the lower part of it even if the FFU is in operation. Contrary, when the door of the new storage is open, clean air pushes out the outside air over the most front part of the storage, allowing the air sneaking in from the outside to be sucked mostly into the FFU. Thus high cleanliness can be maintained.

Feature 13

AGV TRINC (Automated Guided Vehicle) system is installed.
The AGV, the system which prevents the motor-lorry used in the factory from being charged with static with a wireless grounding, is applied on the new storage. Which makes possible to avoid any static-related accidents.

Feature 14

Desiccant and chemical filter can be attached.
A drying agent can be added to the circulation air to maintain the state of being dried inside, or a chemical filter can be attached to the FFU to absorb and remove chemical substances afloat in the air.

Low ozone concentration
The ozone emitted out of the ionizer is so small that concentration doesn't go up even if air circulates within the storage.

Feature 16

The inside air temperature does not rise.
Since the fan motor applied has a low heat generation and is rather a heat sink, the inner temperature doesn't go up even if air circulates within the storage.
