TRINC's discharge needle has a long life. TRINC products have an easy maintenance such as one-touch cleaning and auto-cleaning, but sometimes users tend to forget to clean the needle. When the ionizer has been used for long time, discharge needle has come worn out and effectiveness of static elimination may reduce. The periodical exchange of needle is recommended.




As a preventive measure against the infection of the new coronavirus, there is a method of filtering the virus and suspended foreign substances to which the virus is attached using a filter. However, if you use a fine-grained filter that catches viruses, the filter can easily be clogged with a large amount of foreign matter floating in a general living space. You have to clean and replace the filter all the time, and at that time you should avoid to touch the filter that may have the virus.

In order to overcome this situation, TRINC is the first in the world to develop a device called "Space Cleaner / nano" that can be used in everyday environments and can capture fine foreign particles floating in space without using a filter. Since it does not use a filter, it can collect extremely small particles regardless of the size of foreign matter, and because it does not clog the filter, it is maintenance-free and exhibits a consistently high level of trapping performance.

Feature 1

Collection of very small particles
The new product "Spatial Cleaner ® / nano" also captures nm nanometer) sized micro particles. The size of foreign matter floating in the air is about 1 μm (micron). When a virus alone floats in space, the size of the virus is several to several tens of nm (nanometers), which is an order of magnitude smaller. Although it is difficult to filter with a conventional filter, this machine captures viruses using ions, so it can capture overwhelmingly fine viruses compared to the conventional method.

Feature 2

Sterilization function
The captured virus is immediately sterilized using strong deep UV light. Due to the advanced light-shielding structure, deep ultraviolet rays do not leak to the outside of the device. In addition, the “wing” whose epidermis is coated with metal ions exerts an antibacterial action against attached viruses. Since ozone is not used as in the past, there is no unpleasant pungent odor and it does not harm the human body or the environment.

Stable floating foreign matter capture capability
Since the Coulomb force using ions is used as the principle of capturing foreign matter, the ability to collect suspended foreign matter does not deteriorate like conventional filters, and it exhibits stable and high performance.

Easy maintenance with no filter
In the conventional method using a filter, it is necessary to frequently clean and replace the filter. Especially for virus capture, a special filter with extremely fine mesh is used, so it is much clogged in a daily environment and maintenance must be continued at all times. Since this machine does not use a filter, filter maintenance is not required. The captured foreign matter is stored in a large-capacity saucer inside, and recovery is almost unnecessary. Also, the tent can be replaced in about half a year to a year, so maintenance is very easy.

Noiseless operation
Since there is no fan that sends wind, there is no noise from the device even if it operates, and it is extremely quiet. It can be used comfortably in a quiet conference room, office, or hospital where the patient is sleeping without being bothered by noise.

No-Blow operation
It operates completely windless, so it doesn't feel chilly in the wind like a traditional air purifier. In addition, there is no need to worry about causing secondary pollution by blowing up dust that has accumulated on the floor or desk due to the ventilation.

At manufacturing factories that supply catheters, the problem of foreign substances adhering to products have emerged as its demand increase. Contrary to the problems of yield deterioration caused by foreign matters in the electronics industry and appearance defects caused by foreign matters in the automobile industry, foreign matter problems in the medical field are fatal to humans and require careful attention. Previously, there was no device for cleaning the tube of the catheter, so we had to manually blow air to remove dust, but due to the widespread use of catheters, the production volume has increased and we can no longer handle it manually. Against this background, a device that automatically cleans tubes has become desired. At this time, TRINC released "Tube Cleaner", a device for removing foreign substances adhering to tubes used for catheters, etc., at the request of the medical device manufacturing site.

Tubes with a diameter of 0.3 mm to 10 mm can be cleaned. Especially in the medical field, it prevents serious accidents resulting in death due to foreign matters.

Due to the widespread of the new coronavirus, masks are in short supply not only in Japan but around the world due to urgent demand. Non-woven and woven fabrics are widely used for many hygiene and medical products such as masks, bandages, adhesive plasters, and so forth. In the manufacturing and use process, foreign matter adhering to the product or getting into the inside of the product causes serious hygiene problems. On the other hand, foreign matter adhering on the finished product is not desirable in terms of appearance. From above reasons, several attempts using air blow to remove foreign matter from the products and material have been done at manufacturing sites. However, since the foreign matter is pushed further into the cloths with air blow, it has been impossible to remove them from the non-woven and woven cloths. After all, since there has been no definitive solution, foreign matter has been removed by picking it one by one with tweezers, etc. To solve this problem, TRINC has developed a technology that automatically removes foreign matter without using conventional air-blow method. Feature 1

High foreign-matter removal performance
A high dust-removal ratio is achieved by the new dust-removal principle without air blow and powerful measures against static electricity.
Air blow is generally used to remove foreign matter adhering to the surface of an object. However, the conventional air blow cannot be used to remove foreign matter adhering to the surface or getting into inside of non-woven and woven fabrics. This is because the air blow pushes the foreign matter further inside. This time, we have developed a new principle without air blow.

Feature 2

No-blow operation
Unlike conventional measures, this device does not need air blow or fan blow. Since foreign matter adhering to fabric is removed without wind, no foreign matter is pushed into the inside. In addition, the non-woven and woven fabrics made of a light and flexible material are not blown off with wind.

Feature 3

Countermeasure against static electricity
Woven and non-woven fabrics made of chemical fibers tend to be charged with static electricity. Since this electrostatic attracts foreign matter strongly, it is difficult to remove adhering foreign matter on them. In contrast, powerful ionizers equipped inside these devices neutralize static electricity completely, so foreign matter adhering to cloth due static electricity is removed with high removal rate.

Feature 4

Prevention of electric shock
At the manufacturing and processing sites of non-woven and woven fabrics, sparks (electric discharge) from the charged fabrics toward the worker are annoying problem. Countermeasure against static electricity using these devices prevents electric shock.
