TRINC's static eliminator based on "Ion Engine method" has several pairs of discharge needles.
The two needles in each pair emit ions with positive and negative polarities, respectively.
Every ion is repelled strongly by every other due to Coulomb's repulsive force.
As a result of this repulsive force, ions travel farther without needing to be driven by fan or compressed air. |

No blow ionization is indispensable in the clean room or clean bench! |

In the clean room or clean bench, dust particles are supposed to be carried by laminar air flow coming through the HEPA filter down to the exhaust system.
If ionizers using fan air or compressed air are used inside them, dust swirls around, causing an increase in defective products.
To avoid scattering dust and to make maximum use of clean bench or clean room, No-Blow ionization is indispensable. |
