Fouling with dust, dust related failures and dust mixing-in are app prevented.
ENVIRONMENT TRINC neutralizes the static charge not only on the objects but on the dust floating in the air. So, the force of the objects to attract the dust does not arise and no more dust adherence to the objects. Same as dust adherence is reduced in the clean room, ENVIRONMENT TRINC prevents the adherence of dust.
(Static-Free) The static-free environment is realized without air assistance.
In winter humidity gets low to keep the air dry. Static electricity becomes more common around us and more accidents in the factory resulting from the damaged semiconductors due to static are observed. And in the offices, computers and other electronic devices start experiencing more troubles, and in the hotel people become annoyed with an electrical shock from touching the door knob. Unlike the air-purifiers and air-conditioners those blow out air, ENVIRONMENT TRINC emits ions to the space without an assistance of air-blow and creates a comfortable static-free environment.
Humidification is not required.
Because higher humidity holds down static, humidification inside the factory has been common as an antistatic measure. But there are the factories that cannot raise humidity higher, or the cases that moisture can affect product quality. TRINC has established an antistatic measure effective even in the dry environment (non humid air) by neutralizing static. This shows a large ionizing ability without using any means like moisture.
Wearing dust-free garments and masks in the clean room is not necessary anymore.
When entering the clean room, workers are required to wear dust-free garments (clean suits) or masks. Because it prevents dust from emanating from the human body. ENVIRONMENT TRINC eliminates the need of use of dust-free garments or masks anymore. The space is filled with ions, the dust is neutralized even if it is emanated from the worker and would no longer adhere to the objects.
Wrist strap is not required.
In the electronics factories wrist strap is required for the worker to wear for discharging static electricity. ENVIRONMENT TRINC neutralizes the static charge on the human body with ions released into the air, so the wrist strap is no more required.
Air-assisted ionizers is not required.
In the common electronics factories, ionizers those blow air to the objects to remove the static electricity have been used. But blowing air raises the staying dust around and pollutes environment. At the same time blow-air sprays the dust to the object causing defect. ENVIRONMENT TRINC resolves the fatal problems those factories have been facing so long time.
