Ion-Air-Blow removes even the fine particles
Fine particles are strongly adhered to the bottle by the force of static
electricity, so it cannot be removed by just air-blow. This device
cleans effectively by removing static electricity with blowing “ionized
air”. In addition, by preventing the attenuation of ions through the nozzle, it has become possible to deliver dense ions to the bottom of the bottle. This device powerfully removes a fine particle that was difficult to remove in the past.
Powerful Ion-Air-Blow to the bottom of the bottle
The long and slim nozzle reaches near the bottom of the bottle and powerfully removes foreign matter. In addition, by adopting a newly developed unique nozzle, foreign matter adhering to the bottom and sides are removed and effectively discharged out of the bottle.
Thorough collection of removed foreign matter
Contaminants from inside the bottle are collected by an external dust collector. Filtered exhausted air does not contaminate the inside factory, making it possible to keep the environment clean.

The power consumption of the ion generator in this device is only 5W. The generated dense ions nullify the adhesion force of foreign matter, making it possible to increase the efficiency of the air blow, and as a result, energy-saving cleaning with reduced air consumption can be achieved.
Quality problems may occur if there is foreign matter inside the bottles used for chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, beverages, etc. Therefore, a process to remove foreign matter inside is required before filling the contents. There are two ways to remove foreign matter: cleaning with water or chemicals, and air blowing. Considering various working process, the air blowing method is often adopted. However, since these containers are made of plastic or glass, they are easily charged with static electricity. Once hair, dust, etc. enter the container, it is difficult to blow them off with a simple air blow because they adhere strongly to the bottle due to Coulomb attraction. Furthermore, since the bottle opening is narrow, even if air is blown from near the opening, it is not possible to remove foreign matter stuck deep inside and, of course, to eject it out of the bottle.
TRINC's "Bottle Cleaner" is a new Ion-Air-Blow device developed to remove and collect such foreign matter adhering to the inside of the bottles. Dense ions generated in a compact body are mixed with air and released from a long and slim nozzle. Dense ions remove static electricity from the bottle and adhering foreign matter, and at the same time, a powerful air blow from a close distance discharges foreign matter out of the bottle following the air flow. All the removed foreign matter is collected by the collection mechanism, so it does not pollute the surrounding environment. With its compact and energy-saving design, this device can be easily installed in any type of equipment, making it the perfect device for automated cleaning of large quantities of bottles in the factories.
