Dust is effectively removed on all surfaces by a dust removal method optimized specifically for cardboard. In addition, the high dust removal rate of over 90% is achieved on all surfaces through the action of dense ions output from the high-perfoxmance ionizer installed as standard equipment.
Thorough collection of blown dust
By controlling the airflow, the collection efficiency of blown foreign matter is dramatically improved. Dust does not flow outward, so it does not contaminate the surrounding environment and keeps the plant clean. Collected dust accumulates in the wind engine and can be easily disposed of together.
Equipped with an electric conveyor for continuous processing
The machine is equipped with an electrically driven conveyor as standard equipment, and cleaned cardboard boxes are automatically removed from the machine by simply pushing the cardboard boxes into the entrance of the machine. The machine can be set up by the operator or automatically and continuously processed by connecting conveyors in front of and behind the machine.

The cleanable cardboard boxes range from 100 to 500 mm in width, 300 to 1,000 mm in length, and 100 to 500 mm in depth, and can accommodate a variety of sizes from small to medium. In addition, the applicable cardboard weight is 0.3 to 20 kg.

The main unit size including the conveyor is 1,502 mm (W) x 1,486 mm (H) x 986 mm (D). By separating the wind engine, the cleaning section can be compactly designed to fit in the conveyor line. The wind engine can be installed in an available space.
Cardboard is used extensively in factories to pack products and parts. Cardboard is transported to the factory via highways and open roads, often on unpaved, dust-collecting roads, and is covered with a lot of dust along the way. If the cardboard boxes that have collected dust as if they were dust collectors are carried directly into the factory, the dust that has adhered to them will spread throughout the factory and the inside will be covered in dust.
To avoid this, the dust on the cardboard boxes must be removed before they are brought into the factory. However, it is not practical to manually clean each cardboard box carefully as they are brought in in large quantities, and the reality is that they are brought into the factory still soiled. Many cardboard boxes are carried to the production line, which operates in a clean environment, in a dusty state, and the moment they are unpacked, the dust that adheres to them jumps onto the products inside, contaminating them and scattering dust around, contaminating the environment.
This problem could be solved if a large volume of cardboard could be continuously cleaned by air showers when it is brought into the factory. However, there has been no cleaning equipment that makes this possible, so the problem has remained unsolved.
The “Cardboard Cleaner” developed by TRINC is a special cleaner developed to remove dust adhering to cardboard boxes. It removes and collects dust from all surfaces of corrugated cardboard. The high-performance ionizer onboard neutralizes static electricity, which is the cause of foreign matter adhesion, and powerfully removes dust with a high dust removal rate of over 90%.
