The unique structure ensures high dust removal rate with less air consumption, and significantly reduces dust remaining in the mold.
Equipped with an ionizer (electrostatic eliminator)
Since the dust attaching to the metal molds is charged with static, removing it by blowing or vacuuming is so hard. This device is e quipped with an ionizer which pours ions over the dust to neutralize the static so that it can be vacuumed with ease.
Do not disturb temperature control
The occurrence of molding defects was suppressed without lowering the temperature of the metal mold by vacuum suction instead of air blow.
Heat resistant head
The dust collection head withstands high temperatures of 160°C.
Removal of adhesive foreign bodies is also possible
