Conventionally blowing dust off the objects inside the factor has been prohibited strictly to avoid damaging the clean environment with dust. This apparatus collects the dust blown off the objects thoroughly, allowing the blowing inside the factory possible.
Shutting out outside dust
Conventional dust-removal machines have an essential problem; even if they blow off dust, they take in the dust anew the workers generate themselves and allow it to reattach to the objects, so dust problem has never been resolved. Because this apparatus fills up workplace with the clean air and shut out the fouled outside air, an absolute blowing has become possible by shutting out the dust coming out form workers and outside dust.
Large-sized components can be processed
Because this apparatus assures a wide working space, large-sized components like automobile components and machine cases can be blown off.
A wide working space
This is a stand-alone type not requiring a setting base so a fan-like wide working space can be maintained. Operators can work standing on the floor and blowing air at the objects.
Transforming into the air shower room
Being used in combination with the simplified-type air-shower, “ROOM-LESS ION AIR SHOWER,” this transforms into a full-dress air-shower.
No periodic maintenance for the filter is required
| At the manufacturing facilities, blowing off dust from their products and parts have been conventionally adopted. But, because the blowing inside the facilities causes dust to spread about to break down the clean environment, they have been worried with this vicious cycle. TRINC has developed BLOW ZONE TRINC to solve this problem. Since it collects all the dust once blown off and never let it go back into the facilities again, the clean environment is maintained. In addition, those basic problems carried over from the old time, like the dust generated from clothes of workers themselves and the one continuously floating inside the facilities, have been resolved thoroughly. That is, the working area is filled with the filtered clean air being divided from the outside air, so the dust coming out from workers and staying potentially inside the factory are banned from going into the clean area. The annoying problem accompanying dust blowing conventionally is completely resolved. The combination use of this with the ROOM-LESS ION SHOWER (a simplified air-shower that removes static from workers with ionic air and blow off dust at once before their entering into the factory) composes a full-dress air-shower. |  |
