Variable width according to the workpiece
The cleaning processing range can be changed according to the width of the product (metal foil or sheet). Due to the optimal air-blow condition, the surrounding air is kept undisturbed. This improves the total dust-removal performance.
Compact and lightweight
It eliminates the need for high-precision, large-scale mechanisms such as backup rolls those are indispensable for the conventional cleaners. No rolls are necessary for TRINC, on the other hand conventional cleaners need them to receive the pressure from the air knife.

An adhesion phenomenon of foreign substances is remarkable in the case of resin, but they adhere in the same way even on conductors. Despite the fact that no static electricity takes place on the conductor, the foreign matter adhere relentlessly through the electrostatic induction phenomenon. Strangely, however, until now there have been no measures available to remove foreign substances attached to these metals.
