The world's first ultra-narrow film cleaning device
It is possible to clean a tape-shaped film with a width of 6 mm to 10 mm. It solves the quality problem caused by adhesion of foreign materials.
Ultra-compact cleaner head
Ultra-small cleaner head is 30 cc in volume (34H x 35W x 25D mm, excluding protrusions), weighing just 13 g and is a very small size beyond conventional common sense.
Easy to install
Since the cleaner head is ultra-compact, it can be installed freely if there is little space.
High dust removal performanse
The dust removal rate (performance to remove foreign matters) achieved 90% or more (foreign particle size:10mm）
Perfectly noncontact processing
Since no backup rolls are used, the film processed inside the system never touches anything. As a result, scratches on the film and extraneous-materials’ side effects due to foreign materials transcription do not occur.
Simulatianeous process on both sides
Both sides of the film are cleaned simultaneously in a lump.
| Conventional film cleaners are targeted for film widths of about 500 mm to 3000 mm. However, a narrower film appeared recently, and even a film with a width of 6 mm at the minimum appeared. In reality, this has to be a matter of the field of tape rather than film. This FILM TRINC-MICRO is responsible for cleaning narrow tape-shaped film of 6 mm to 10 mm width. Principal use is targeted for a removal of the foreign materials adhering to positive and negative electrodes and a separator for capacitors and lithium ion batteries as immediate needs, but it can also be used for the purpose of removing foreign materials on superconducting electric wires used for electromagnets on the new linear bullet train.
