No-Blow TRINC: Reduction of dust-related defectives

TRINC has embodied its philosophy "air is not needed for ionizing" in this ionizer. It is a mistaken stereotype that ionizing cannot be made without air. In fact, air is an archenemy for the clean environment. To dissipate static properly ions are indispensable but air is unfavorable. TRINC has advocated "No-Blow Ionizing" to defy the conventional mistaken stereotype and has been well accepted in many worksites.

One-touch needle cleaning function

With the brushes arrayed by needles, dozens of needles can be all cleaned in a lump by just pulling the lever located on the reverse aside. Both the problem of lowered ionizing effect by needle fouling and troublesome needle cleaning are solved at once.

A high ion balance secured by ion sensor

Amount of ions generated is sensed by an ion sensor to keep ion-balance at a steady level. Generally pulsations of ion-balance from dozens to several hundred voltage are observed on conventional pulse-type ionizers. Contrary, being an ion engine type ionizer, this has no pulsating fluctuation in the ion-balance.

Remote controlling function

With the main power switched on, ON/OFF for ion discharge can be controlled by an external signal. Because the ion discharge can be made only when needed, needle cleaning due to fouling can be lesser but service life of the needle can be longer, resulting in effective energy saving.

“ERROR” signal sending out

The abnormal ion discharge caused by worn-out needles or an electric leak from the foreign materials adherence is sensed. Which causes "ERROR" LED on the instrument panel to flash to let operator notice the error. This also can be output as an outgoing signal so that the error can be confirmed remotely.

Wide area static elimination (No-Blow) TAS-322 BAMW Series

When winding or rewinding a roll of film, paper or textile, it grows thicker or thinner so as to have its surface getting closer to or away from the static ionizer. Or when swinging the loom’s arm to fold a fabric, the static ionizer has to be located away from the fabric. In these cases, ions have to be carried out for longer distance, and this wide model displays the strongest force.
