Hair no longer adhering to clean clothing in the changing room
Case study at a confectionery manufacturer
At a plant of a major confectionery manufacturer, there was a problem with hair and other foreign matter adhering to the clean clothing worn by workers. These foreign objects were being brought into the cleanroom, causing a foreign object contamination problem. To prevent foreign matter from adhering to clean clothing through the dust prevention effect of space static elimination, TRINC’s PHASED ARRAY IONIZER (TAS-811 SFS) was installed below the ceiling of the changing rooms. As a result, the adhesion of hair and other foreign matter to clean clothing was eliminated, and the number of foreign matter brought into the cleanroom was reduced. |
The improvement was so well received that the company decided to introduce PHASED ARRAY IONIZER to several other major plants.
