Clean room installation cost is reduced to 1/4, static measures are fully implemented
Case study of a car electronics component manufacturing plant
An automotive parts manufacturer was considering the introduction of a conventional cleanroom at its car electronics parts manufacturing plant in order to accommodate the EV shift. However, the conventional cleanroom was expensive to install and maintain and consumed an enormous amount of energy due to the use of large-scale wind turbine equipment. The company was very concerned about whether or not to introduce it. It was under these circumstances that they learned of the TRINC CLEANROOM UNIT and checked out the actual unit at the TRINC Central Demonstration Center. They were convinced that the TRINC CLEANROOM UNIT not only had a high purification capacity, but was also resistant to internal dust generation due to space ionization, and was fully equipped with antistatic measures, and that these features could be realized while reducing installation and running costs and energy consumption. The decision was made to switch to the new clean environment equipment. |
At the same time, the factory also decided to install TRINC ION AIR SHOWER KITs. As an engineer, he was very proud of his decision to manufacture EV parts for a new generation in a new clean environment.
