No-Blow TRINC: Reduction of dust-related defectives
TRINC has embodied its philosophy "air is not needed for ionizing" in this ionizer. It is a mistaken stereotype that ionizing cannot be made without air. In fact, air is an archenemy for the clean environment. To dissipate static properly ions are indispensable but air is unfavorable. TRINC has advocated "No-Blow Ionizing” to defy the conventional mistaken stereotype and has been well accepted in many worksites accepted in many operation sites.
Powerful static elimination capable of processing at 300m/min. (Power-intensified model)
A powerful ionizing capability with ample ions featured in the Ion engine type ionizer is demonstrated on this series. These are the best-suited static ionizers for eliminating static on fast moving objects, like on printing or processing for films/sheets, fabrics, cloths, and papers. It has been proven up to 300m/min. maximum.
Auto needle cleaning function
Most static ionizers installed inside equipment have faced a problem that they reduce gradually ion-discharging. This is because they are located out of reach for daily maintenance and the dust piled up on needles prevents ions from being discharged. As a result, static elimination becomes ineffective and product defect rate grows higher. Putting itself in customer’s shoes, TRINC has developed one and only static ionizer with an auto needle cleaning system in this field, which sets operator to clean all needles by just switching at a remote place. This has displayed its power particularly in the clean bench and the like where operators are not allowed to enter.
One-touch cleaner function
For exactly the same reason as Feature 3, TRINC has developed a static ionizer with a manual cleaning system as well. With a one-touch to turn the grip mounted on the edge of the ion-bar, a dozen of needles are cleaned in a lump. This is a patent TRINC is granted first in the field.

A highly accurate static elimination becomes possible with well-balanced ions over the length of ion bar. Which has made this model possible to us e in a wide range from insulators like films and sheets to an electronics field.
Wide area static elimination (No-Blow) TAS-312 BAMW Series
When winding or rewinding a roll of film, paper or textile, it grows thicker or thinner so as to have its surface getting closer to or away from the static ionizer. Or when swinging the loom’s arm to fold a fabric, the static ionizer has to be located away from the fabric. In these cases, ions have to be carried out for longer distance, and this wide model displays the strongest force.
