Charged particles(Styrofoam balls) are dropping closely to a charged plastic sheet. The particles are attaracted to the sheet by static charge and are held in place.	Area is now neutralized by the TRINC PHASED ARRAY IONIZER - this removes the static charge form the sheet and the particles. The particles fall to the ground without sticking to anything.
