Feature 1

The pellets attaching to the inside of the hopper stubbornly by static are hardly removed. Which has long been a factor for the pellet exchange process to take so long time that a molding machine's operation rate is badly reduced. With this device applied, not only can the hopper cleaning time before the pellet exchange be reduced drastically, but the tryout required at the time of every pellet exchange can also be reduced so much as to cut down drastically the time and raw pellet materials. A considerable amount of static is generated and charged on the fine particles (powder) during their transportation or handling at the worksite. For example, it causes various problems such as the following

1) Part of powder gathers to lump.
2) They tend to adhere to the inner wall of the hoppers, and as a result;
・ The part feeding motion is restrained.
・ Powder material change takes time and a large material loss would result.
3) They adhere to the hose inner wall as well.
・ The hose would be eventually clogged up to stop the powder being forwarded.

Static-related troubles on printers has not been absolutely improved.
If specific user's voices are given;
1) Traditionally, a printer (printing machine) is equipped with a ionizer, but there is no effect.
2) Since the printers they use show no difference whether the ionizers equipped originally on them are turned on or turned off, they shut off them all.
3) The ionizer equipped on the printer does not work since it is covered with gooey ink.
4) The ionizing strap is more useful than the ionizer.
5) An ionizer became the fire to break out a fire.
Like the cases listed above, there are many static-related problems about the printers (printing machines). Although they say that they somehow work out the problems to continue the operation, the time has changed and the mechanism of printing has also changed, so it has become more difficult to cope with conventional antistatic measures. That is popularization of the inkjet system. In the inkjet system, fine ink droplets fly through the air. Since static charged on ink droplets and one on the printing paper attracts / repels, the ink droplets do not fly as intended, making it gets to be difficult to achieve high definition printing. Unless you would create the static environment, you could not make use of the rare chance of the high function. Conventional printers are mainly of a laser printer type using a laser, which uses a photosensitive drum to transfer the latent image onto paper, so that deterioration of the print quality due to electrostatic discharge has not been a major problem. Nowadays, as the mainstream of the printer turns into an inkjet printer type, the problem that static on the paper causes the droplet trajectory of the ultra-small ink droplet to go out of order and deteriorates the print quality has come under scrutiny. Therefor the necessity of eliminating the static charged on the paper with high precision has arisen. Since the antistatic brush that has been used conventionally as a countermeasure of this problem cannot eliminate static properly, another problem that residual static deteriorates the print quality has come up. In addition, there has been a problem of papers getting jammed and not aligned to one side due to the adsorption by static. Even with many problems like this, the printers are designed in a space-saving mechanism so tightly as to have no space to put the conventional ionizers into the chassis. This has made it difficult to take countermeasures. This time, to solve these problems, TRINC has developed a "PRINTER TRINC” that is capable to eliminate static in high precision and high-speed manner in spite of the ultra-thin and compact size built in low cost.

It’s a mind-set of carving up the space with ions.
An innovative apparatus fitting perfectly the needs for the body shops and sheet metal/paint plants, where they have difficulty in acquiring a dedicated space for painting, has come on stage. It cuts out the static charged on the painting area with powerful ions and prevents dust from adhering to the area so as to assure a beautiful finishing even without a dedicated painting space. An ideal painting environment created by this apparatus prevents not only the dust adhesion but also flake aligning to skip the step of “shading-relief” work.

The same quality as the clean room is assured.
The static charged on the body touch-up area and the dust floating nearby is wholly eliminated at the preparation process before painting, so that dust adherence to the car body is totally avoided. Because the same cleanliness as that in the clean room is gained, there is a difference in the paint finish than other apparatuses.
